Plan sheet cutting around the FLC-S2 open-bed layout, your material range and loading method.

Review the machine and the workflow.
Choose the source configuration
The series manual covers 1–6 kW configurations. The product brochure separately lists 1,000, 1,500, 2,000 and 3,000 W variants. Select the source, cutting head and cooling configuration together for your material and required result.
Separate motion speed from cutting output
The documented maximum no-load travel speed is 60 m/min. It describes machine movement, not a guaranteed cutting speed or production rate.

Plan your FLC-S2 configuration.
Use the following product identity and planning requirements when requesting a configuration.
| Operation | Information to share | Configuration to review |
|---|---|---|
| Cutting task | Material grade, thickness range and drawings | Laser source, cutting head and assist gas |
| Sheet handling | Largest sheet, loading method and production mix | Working area, access and unloading plan |
| Installation | Site plan, utilities and destination | Electrical supply, cooling and extraction |

Equipment version and included items
Confirm the selected machine version, source, head, controls and supporting equipment in an itemised quotation.
Installation and acceptance
Agree the delivery layout, utilities, installation responsibilities, sample requirements and inspection criteria before scheduling the machine.
Power range and reference performance
The series power range and the listed reference motion data come from different technical sections. The existing 60 m/min maximum no-load travel figure describes the brochure reference version; it is not a guaranteed cutting speed or a specification promised for every source configuration.
Before you choose.
Which laser powers are documented for FLC-S2?
The series manual covers 1–6 kW configurations; the product brochure lists 1,000, 1,500, 2,000 and 3,000 W variants. These are configuration references, not the installed power of the pictured machine. Confirm the selected source and matching equipment in the quotation.
Does 60 m/min mean it cuts my material at that speed?
No. The published figure is maximum no-load travel speed. Cutting speed depends on the chosen source, material, thickness, geometry and process conditions; compare a representative test against your acceptance criteria.
What should I check before planning installation?
Obtain the layout and electrical requirements for the selected version, including working area, outer dimensions, loading access and the water chiller. The product name or photograph alone is not a dimensional drawing.
