Series options at a glance
- Tube diameter options
- 20–500 mm; chuck and section dependent
- Tube length reference
- Up to 6,000 mm; selected length by configuration
- Laser power range
- 3–30 kW, by configuration
Images show a reference layout. Laser power, handling equipment and included accessories follow the selected configuration.
Three-chuck tube cutting workflow.
Review clamping, support and material flow alongside the laser process. The complete tube specification shapes the machine.
Three-chuck clamping
Coordinate the grip and support of the stock through the cutting sequence. Review the chuck opening, jaw arrangement and part support for your tube sections.
Eight-axis control
A bus-based CNC and servo arrangement coordinates the reference platform. Define the end profiles, holes and cut paths from your drawings before setting the process.
Loading to suit the workload
Review semi-automatic or automatic loading with the stock lengths, bundle format and batch sizes. Handling equipment is specified with the selected layout.
Straight and shaped profiles
Explore round, square, rectangular and other supported sections for frames, furniture and fabricated assemblies. Bevel cutting requires the appropriate optional head and configuration.

Reference configuration data. Listed ranges and formats are options across the platform; they do not describe one fixed machine. The quotation confirms the selected equipment and application limits.
Tube section, weight and clamping
Provide the full cross-section, outside dimensions, wall thickness, stock weight and seam position. The diameter range alone does not establish the capacity for every square, rectangular or open profile.
Loading, unloading and remaining stock
Define stock length and finished-part length separately, including the unloading method and required support. Review remnant length against the actual part sequence and clamping arrangement.
Bevel cutting option
Supply the joint preparation, bevel angle and material thickness. The head, motion and software must be specified for that requirement; bevel capability is not included in every configuration.
Resources & support.
Prepare representative drawings, stock details and a site plan to define the configuration.
Before you choose.
Which tube shapes can be considered?
The reference range includes round, square, rectangular, oval and selected open or shaped profiles. Send the full section drawing so the jaw arrangement, clearance, support and cutting path can be checked.
Does a three-chuck machine always leave no remnant?
Remaining stock depends on the clamping arrangement, cut sequence, stock and part lengths. Confirm the usable length and remnant on a representative production file before defining the acceptance criteria.
Is automatic loading or bevel cutting included?
These are configuration choices. Identify the loading method and any bevel requirements in the enquiry so the equipment list includes the relevant hardware and software.
What determines the right laser power?
Material grade, wall thickness, part geometry, required edge and production volume all matter. Compare sample cuts for your own stock instead of choosing solely from the platform’s power range.
