Combined Sheet and Tube Fiber Laser Cutter

Bring flat-sheet and tube cutting into one machine layout. Select the worktable, tube clamping and laser power around the mix of parts your workshop makes.

Series options at a glance

Sheet table
Multiple selectable formats
Tube cutting range
20–220 mm reference; optional configuration up to 350 mm
Laser power range
3–60 kW, by configuration

Images show a reference layout. Laser power, handling equipment and included accessories follow the selected configuration.

Combined sheet and tube cutting setup.

Bring sheet parts and tubular components into the equipment discussion together, then define the working format for each.

A selectable sheet worktable

Choose the table format around the largest sheet and the way parts are nested. Review loading access and part collection with the space available in your workshop.

Dedicated tube processing

The tube axis adds clamping and rotary processing alongside the flat bed. Use section drawings to specify tube diameter, jaws, supports and required end profiles.

Holes, slots and profiles

Prepare flat brackets, panels and tube features for fabricated assemblies. Review the detail on each material and thickness with a sample-cutting plan.

A coordinated operating workflow

Plan how operators change between sheet and tube jobs, including stock handling, program preparation and fixture changes. The expected mix of work helps define the configuration.

Technical data & options.

Select the sheet format and tube specification separately. Match the laser and supporting equipment to both workflows.

Reference configuration data. Listed ranges and formats are options across the platform; they do not describe one fixed machine. The quotation confirms the selected equipment and application limits.

Sheet size and cutting requirements

Provide the largest sheet, material grades, thickness ranges and representative nesting files. Confirm table size, source power, cutting head and gas requirements together.

Tube diameter and larger-chuck option

The reference table lists a 20–220 mm tube range and a maximum optional 350 mm configuration. Confirm the actual section, jaw clearances, weight, support and available cutting envelope for the selected chuck.

Workshop layout and job changes

Plan access to the sheet table and tube axis, stock storage and finished-part handling. Request the layout and utilities for the confirmed machine before preparing the site.

Resources & support.

Prepare representative drawings, stock details and a site plan to define the configuration.

Before you choose.

Should I choose a combined or dedicated tube cutter?

A combined platform suits a workflow that needs both flat sheets and tubes. A dedicated tube machine may suit a workload centred on tube support, loading automation and repeated tube jobs. Compare the job mix and handling needs before choosing.

Can sheet and tube jobs run at the same time?

The combined layout does not by itself establish simultaneous independent cutting. Confirm the laser arrangement, cutting sequence and operating workflow for the quoted machine.

Do the tube options apply to every sheet size?

The brochure lists platform options, not one universal combination. The chosen table, chuck, tube length and laser power must be reviewed together and listed in the quotation.

Can you quote from a single maximum thickness?

Provide separate sheet and tube material lists, including grades and wall thicknesses. The required finish, cutting geometry, gas and output affect the useful configuration, so a single maximum thickness is not sufficient.
