Plan loading and cutting around an enclosed machine with a separate exchange-table area.

Review the machine and the workflow.
Plan beyond the cutting bed
Include the exchange-table travel, sheet-loading route, unloading space and service access in the proposed floor plan. The cutting area is only one part of the installation envelope.
Evaluate the complete work cycle
Compare loading, table exchange, cutting and part removal for a representative job. A table-exchange format does not, by itself, establish an exchange time or an hourly output.

Plan your FLC-E configuration.
Use the following product identity and planning requirements when requesting a configuration.
| Operation | Information to share | Configuration to review |
|---|---|---|
| Cutting task | Material grade, thickness range and drawings | Laser source, cutting head and assist gas |
| Sheet handling | Largest sheet, loading method and production mix | Working area, access and unloading plan |
| Installation | Site plan, utilities and destination | Electrical supply, cooling and extraction |

Installation and acceptance
Agree the delivery layout, utilities, installation responsibilities, sample requirements and inspection criteria before scheduling the machine.
Series laser source options
The manufacturer’s series brochure lists 3–80 kW configurations with a Raycus source option and water cooling. This range covers different source and supporting-equipment configurations; it does not describe the installed laser in the reference photograph. The quotation identifies the proposed power, machine format and supporting equipment.
Before you choose.
Is the working area the same as the floor space required?
No. An installation layout must also allow for the enclosure, table movement, loading, service access and the supporting equipment supplied with the selected version.
Is a table-exchange time guaranteed on this page?
No exchange-cycle figure has been established for this listing. Request the value and its conditions for the quoted machine, then include loading and part removal when estimating production time.
How does FLC-E differ from the open-bed options?
FLC-E is listed as an enclosed exchange-table format; FLC-S1 and FLC-S2 are open-bed formats. Compare loading access, the proposed guarding arrangement, available space and the complete job cycle. Cutting capacity still depends on the specific configuration.
