Plan large-sheet work around the rail layout, loading access and available floor area.

Review the machine and the workflow.
Work from the largest plate
Specify the complete plate length, width and weight, together with the parts you need to cut. Use those requirements to define the proposed working area and support arrangement.
Include handling and site preparation
Review the loading route, plate support, floor or foundation requirements and service access with the machine layout. Large-format planning extends beyond laser power.

Plan your FLC-G configuration.
Use the following product identity and planning requirements when requesting a configuration.
| Operation | Information to share | Configuration to review |
|---|---|---|
| Large sheet | Material, thickness, width, length and weight | Working area and source/head selection |
| Handling | Crane access, delivery route and loading method | Rail layout and sheet-support arrangement |
| Foundation | Floor drawing and site conditions | Foundation, alignment and utilities |
Technical data & source options
| Model / series | FLC-G |
|---|---|
| Equipment format | Large-format gantry cutting |
| Configuration basis | Selected version and itemised quotation |
| Series laser power range | 6–80 kW across series configurations; selected source specified in quotation |
| Laser source option | Raycus; confirm the selected source configuration |
| Cooling method | Water cooling |
Power, dimensions, capacity and performance must match the selected equipment version and the agreed quotation.
Equipment version and included items
Confirm the selected machine version, source, head, controls and supporting equipment in an itemised quotation.
Installation and acceptance
Agree the delivery layout, utilities, installation responsibilities, sample requirements and inspection criteria before scheduling the machine.
Series laser source options
The manufacturer’s series brochure lists 6–80 kW configurations with a Raycus source option and water cooling. This range covers different source and supporting-equipment configurations; it does not describe the installed laser in the reference photograph. The quotation identifies the proposed power, machine format and supporting equipment.
Before you choose.
Does FLC-G identify one fixed working area?
This listing identifies a large-format gantry platform. Confirm the actual working length and width on the technical drawing for the configuration being quoted; do not infer them from the model label or illustration.
What information is needed to size the installation?
Provide the largest plate dimensions and weight, workshop plan, access route and proposed handling equipment. Use the selected machine layout to confirm supports, foundations and clearances.
Can I use a generic thickness chart to predict output?
A thickness chart without the matching power, material and process conditions is not a production guarantee. Define the required edge quality and part geometry, then review a test for the proposed configuration.
