GL3 processing modules.
Combine flat-bed processing and handheld operations around the jobs your workshop needs to complete.

Fiber and CO₂ cutting
Use fiber processing for metal sheet work and CO₂ for compatible nonmetal materials such as acrylic and wood. Review the source power against each material, thickness and desired edge.
Blue-light marking
Add names, logos or other surface details to the workflow. Select the marking module around the material and required contrast, using a sample to confirm the finish.
Handheld welding and cleaning
The external unit extends the platform beyond the flat worktable. Define the joints or surfaces to process, then specify the handheld head, operating modes and accessories.
6090 working format
A 600 × 900 mm work area supports signage, craft components and prototype parts. Ruida controls, AC servo drives and ball-screw motion form the reference machine configuration.

Reference data for the 6090 platform. Power and supply entries are configuration options. Final specifications and the equipment list are confirmed in the quotation.
Metal and nonmetal cutting
Provide material grades, thickness ranges, the largest part and drawing files. Confirm fiber and CO₂ power separately, together with gas, extraction, cooling and workholding requirements.
Marking, welding and cleaning
Identify the required marks, joint geometry and surface condition. The appropriate head, source, tooling and process settings are reviewed for each operation; one setting does not cover every material.
Installation and equipment scope
Confirm the power supply, available space and extraction arrangement. The external handheld cabinet, wire feeder, cooling equipment and accessories should be itemised in the agreed equipment list.
Resources & support.
Prepare your material list, sample requirements and installation plan before specifying the system.
Before you choose.
Which laser powers are included?
The reference platform lists 1,000 or 1,500 W fiber options and 60, 80, 100 or 150 W CO₂ options. These are alternatives. Your quotation identifies the selected sources and the blue-light module specification.
Can one head perform all five processes?
GL3 combines different laser sources and processing tools in one platform. Flat-bed cutting and marking use their respective modules; handheld welding and cleaning use the appropriate head and setup. Confirm switching and tooling requirements for your workflow.
What materials and thicknesses can I process?
Capability depends on the material, source power and required result. Share the full material list and representative drawings or samples so cutting, marking, welding and cleaning can each be assessed. A single thickness rating would not describe all five functions.
What should I send for a quotation?
Send the materials and thicknesses, maximum part dimensions, required processes, expected batch sizes and installation country. Include a drawing or sample reference and identify any existing gas, cooling or extraction equipment.
